1. How much does it cost?
Product photoshoots are priced NOT by the hour, but by the photo. For Example: You have one product you’d like photographed five different ways. You’ll be charged for five photographs. Price per photo varies.
2. How do I pay?
Payment is always an easy, no-hassle process. To approve your free custom quote, simply pay a deposit by clicking on the“Pay Now” button located on the bottom right of your quote and once your final invoice arrives via email, simply click the “Pay Now”button again to finalize payment. It’s as easy as that. Pay with Square, PayPal or Apple Pay. Most major credit cards accepted.
3. What about bulk rate?
Bulk rates are available. The more photos you order, the greater the savings. See details in Pricing.
4. How does the shipping, Pickup and delivery work.
Once you’ve agreed to the “terms and conditions” (insert hyperlink), and approved your quote,you simply let me know when and where, and I’ll pick up your product(s).
* Free pick-up/delivery on all orders up to 60 miles. mileage charged @ .45¢ per mile may apply
When the photo session is complete and you’re totally satisfied with your new product photos, your products are returned to you. You can also use your FedEx or UPS account to ship products!
5. Can you photograph large items?
Yes. Typically I can shoot products up to three feet in width and eight feet in length. For items larger than this, special arrangements and additional pricing will apply.
6. How long will it take?
A product photoshoot begins when your product is received in studio. Typical turnaround is 5–10 days.*certain conditions apply Once your final payment is received, your finished product photos will be made available for immediate download. Until final payment is received, you will only be able to view digital proofs.
7. What if I want a re-shoot?
Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If an uncorrectable mistake or error is discovered, a re-shoot will be scheduledwithout worry and free of charge. Additional charges may apply for requested re-shoots due to customer decision change such as design, layout, color, etc….
8. What format will my photos be in?
Images are delivered in High Resolution, 300ppi (or higher), jpeg max quality. Actual image size is standard 1x1 (4247 x 4247 pixels). Hero shots (add hyperlink)are delivered at a whopping 36.3 megapixels (7360 x 4912 pixels before crop which allows for printing up to 24”poster size). You’ll also receive a .psd file and a “transparent” .dng file of your hero shot for graphic design use. Additional image sizes and file formats (add hyperlink to size chart)are available free of charge!
9. How will I get my finished photographs?
Your photos are delivered through easy on-line download. Upon your complete satisfaction, your products are returned*. Your photos will be available through private access to the “Clients Corner”(add hyperlink)of my website. You’ll be given a unique password to your project. With this unique password, only you can view and download your project photos.
10. Who owns the copyrights of my photos?
As the photographer or “creator”, Paul Morgan Photography maintains all copyrights to photography created and may not be sold to a third-party(ies) without written permission. However, licensing specifically grants the user (you) free and unlimited rights to use your
new and amazing product photographs on and platform, in any print, advertising, web, T.V. formathowever you choose, completely free of any additional fee(s).
